Who we are
In November 2010, TheCityUK brought together young talent from across the financial services industry to create the Next Generation Vision. The aim was to develop a shared understanding of where the industry stands today, and form a collective vision of where it can be taken over the next 10 to 15 years.
The team
We are 21 young professionals from asset management companies, banks, insurers, business schools, consultants, and accountancy and legal firms.

Our vision was informed by an intensive two-week programme of lectures, workshops and focus groups.

Our vision is written with the future in mind. It takes into account the major political, economic, social and technological issues that will face us in 10 to 15 years.
